Thank you for inviting me to be a part of your journey. Throughout my spiritual awakening, I began designing this workshop to support and teach others how to heal ancestral wounds by recognizing signs, honoring the mothers that came before us & reclaiming the divine feminine power for future generations to come. Here we will gather weekly to heal emotional wounds, gain insight, receive energetic activations, soften into our divine feminine energy through meditation, reiki & tapping techniques. This is a safe space for reflection, awareness, and integration. BE THE PERSON IN YOUR FAMILY THAT BREAKS THE CYCLE “If you were judged, choose understanding. If you were rejected, choose acceptance. If you were shamed, choose compassion. Be the person you needed when you were hurting, not the person who hurt you. Vow to be better than what broke you. Heal instead of becoming bitter so you can act from your heart, not your pain.”
